The alternative rock heavyweights Story Of The Year have just announced a European Tour in May 2008.
The band will be touring in support of their highly anticipated new album, The Black Swan, out on April 21st on Epitaph records.
Like the title suggests, the group's third studio album is anything but predictable. Featuring the smash hit single "Wake Up" and the piano driven ballad, "Terrified,"The Black Swan was produced by John Feldmann (Good Charlotte, The Used, Lostprophets, Atreyu) and "Elvis" Baskette (Chevelle, Escape The Fate, Puddle of Mudd). Combining the addictive choruses of their platinum selling album (US, AUS, JPN) Page Avenue and the heaviness of In The Wake of Determination, The Black Swan transcends previous releases as their boldest and most accessible album to date
Story Of The Year are known for their infamous and kinetically explosive live performances (expect back-flips, off the drum risers and behind-the-head guitar soloing), which will undoubtedly make them of this Spring’s must-sees!
